Islami Sharia Organization is an international platform for spreading Islam worldwide, managed under organizational supervision. The main objective of this institution is to revive and spread the ideals and philosophy of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)—the beacon of humanity's liberation—globally; to maintain the distinctiveness of Islam while keeping the image of the Quran and Sunnah intact; to deliver its correct interpretation to people's doorsteps; and to bring about a revolutionary reform in Muslim society's perspective regarding the rules of Islamic Sharia, which is the true solution to life's problems. The name of this institution is "Islami Sharia".

Establishing the Quran and Sunnah as the sole standard by becoming the mouthpiece of Islam and the Muslim Ummah in the international arena, and implementing the incomparable ideals of the Quran and Sunnah, is one of the key agendas of this institution. It would not be wrong to say that there is no substitute for modern multimedia in clearly analyzing the Quran and Sunnah, presenting ideals, and comprehensively reviewing solutions to life's problems easily and correctly before people on an international scale. For this reason, the Islami Sharia Organization has been established as an international-standard platform for propagating Islam. Islami Sharia Organization is formed with a combination of multiple boards consolidated by the discipline of members, a board of directors (executive department), permanent members, and authorities.

Therefore, to ensure the flawless operation of all activities of the Islami Sharia Organization, the authority has formulated imperative and causal rules for general readers. These are mandatory for all general readers.

Rule-1: Management according to Quran & Sunnah

Rule-1: The Islami Sharia Organization will be operated according to the Quran and Sunnah. The Quran and Sunnah are considered the fundamental basis of all activities of Islamic Sharia. A general regular reader can express their important opinion by vetoing any un-Islamic activity that is outside the Quran and Sunnah. However, in this case, a reader must proceed through a specific process subject to several conditions. The channels through which the specific process can be followed are:

Methods of Communication

  • 1. E-mail
  • 2. Comment Section
  • 3. Facebook Messenger
  • 4. Phone Contact
  • 5. Hotline etc.

Conditions for Complaints

  • Condition-1: The complaint must be addressed to the Authority.
  • Condition-2: A very detailed explanation must be given regarding how much the relevant issue conflicts with which section of the Quran and Sunnah and what the alternative might be.
  • Condition-3: Finally, after your name and address, the name of the institution where you are studying or working must be mentioned next to your degree.
Rule-2: Copyright and Prohibition of Content Usage

Rule-2: Any content of the Islami Sharia Organization, including articles written in Bengali, Arabic, and English, presented video or audio speeches, special articles or comments on current contexts, structured discussions of any personal psychological thoughts, or analysis of the philosophy of any literary or philosopher, etc., which have not been presented in this written or oral form anywhere else before, will be considered the copyright of 'Islami Sharia Organization'. Readers, viewers, and listeners, including any individual, reserve the right to learn from here, research, and even keep any content in their collection. But presenting any content owned by Islami Sharia Organization in written or oral form, in interviews, or in any discussion on any media platform including social media, international media, print media, and electronic media is completely prohibited. If anyone does so, the authority may take appropriate action against him (individual or institution).

Rule-3: Content Submission & Liability

Rule-3: Any person can participate in the noble work of spreading Islam by becoming a member following specific rules or by submitting writings, speeches, statements, reports, special features, or research-based essays to any section of Islami Sharia Multimedia through general registration without becoming a member. However, if any content submitted by someone is proven to be owned by another person or institution, that content will be considered unacceptable, and the authority will remain completely free from liability in this regard.

Rule-4: Conditions for Accepted Content

Rule-4: Two matters are significant for the acceptability of any content owned by any institution or individual:

  • Criterion-1: The word "Collected" must be clearly written at the end of the column or speech.
  • Criterion-2: There shall be no prohibition or objection from the relevant copyright holder regarding the use of their content, including references (mentioning the name of the relevant person or institution).
Rule-5: Liability for Fraud & Verification

Rule-5: If any reader or viewer is deceived in any way by any member of the Islami Sharia Organization and the matter is proven, the authority will be bound to take appropriate action against the said member. However, the authority is not bound to provide any compensation to the concerned person in this regard. Therefore, the sole responsibility and duty of a reader or viewer is not to respond to any call or temptation of any person claiming to be an authority or member without fully verifying them. Even after this, if any reader or viewer is deceived in any way by such an unknown member, the authority will try to resolve the matter appropriately. But the authority will not bear any liability in this regard.

Rule-6: Constructive Criticism & Comments

Rule-6: When a regular reader or viewer comments on a column or video speech, they must engage in constructive criticism of the specific subject matter of the relevant column or speech, otherwise, criticism must be avoided. In the case of constructive criticism, a critic must adhere to the following rules.

Criticism Rule-1

Clear citations from the Quran and Sunnah must be provided. In this case, quoting a sermon or speech of a learned scholar is not sufficient.

Criticism Rule-2 (Guidelines)

The following guidelines must be followed in case of criticism:

  • Guideline-1: One must not hurt anyone's religious sentiments.
  • Guideline-2: One must not attack anyone's personality or character.
  • Guideline-3: One cannot be labeled as an agent of any political party or any non-Muslim nation.
  • Guideline-4: One cannot be called a Fasiq, Kafir, Mushrik, Atheist, Murtad, or Munafiq.
  • Guideline-5: No one can be mocked or ridiculed.
  • Guideline-6: Factionalism, rivalry, violence, hateful attitudes, and extremism must be shunned.
  • Guideline-7: Without understanding the continuity of someone's column, discussion, or analysis, one should not take the relevant column or discussion in favor of or against any political party out of extremism. Rather, constructive criticism rising above all party opinions is desired by all.
  • Guideline-8: No political discussion can be held in comments or remarks.
  • Guideline-9: For negative comments or criticism, one must hold at least an Honors or equivalent degree.

Criticism Rule-3 (Alternatives)

In matters of difference of opinion, merely quoting the Quran and Sunnah is not enough; rather, specific clear verses or Hadiths must be cited in favor of the interpretation claimed to be applicable. Comparing one scholar with another without the standard of the Quran and Sunnah is nothing but bias. Even if the acceptability, erudition, and skill of the quoted scholar are universally acknowledged, any of the following alternatives may exist in this case:

  • Alternative-1: It might be that he (the critic) failed to understand the context and essence of the said scholar's statement, and this is natural.
  • Alternative-2: Being a learned and universally acknowledged scholar does not mean that he is above all mistakes. However learned a scholar may be, he is not above human traits of faults and virtues.
  • Alternative-3: The interpretation of the quoted scholar is correct, and the analysis of the relevant discussant is also correct. However, both decisions are applicable in different contexts. Therefore, strictly speaking, there is no conflict between the two interpretations.

Criticism Rule-4

If any inconsistency is observed in the subject matter of the relevant writer or discussant, the critic must have a clear concept of both his own and the discussant's perspectives. Favoring any one philosophy and criticizing generally without reviewing all other doctrines in the light of the Quran and Sunnah, purely for the sake of criticism, will bring harm and destruction to the nation.

Special Note

  • Criticism Rule-3: Applicable to those critics who are not scholars (Alems) but have had the fortune of being in the company of righteous scholars.
  • Criticism Rule-4: Applicable to those individuals who have had the fortune of becoming scholars.
  • Rule-3 & 4 combined: Applicable to those individuals who have unknowingly limited the Quran and Sunnah to the single perspective of a scholar. Yet, strictly speaking, they never had the opportunity to read the original text of the Quran or Sunnah. Therefore, naturally, they could not decipher the main essence of the Quran-Sunnah and had to be content reading the Quran or Hadith translated by others. Which is much like knowledge kept in another's hand, which is of no use in times of need. And with this limited knowledge, they are belching in self-satisfaction.
Rule-7: Constitutional Interpretation

Rule-7: According to the constitutional sections of the Islami Sharia Organization, the right to provide appropriate practical interpretation of each mentioned law shall be reserved solely with the Sharia Council. And the sole right to apply and implement the relevant laws shall be reserved with the Authority. However, in the case of the executive department, the decision of the Authority regarding any relevant matter shall be considered the final decision.
